When a vehicle is purchased outside of PA you will need:

Original out of state title
Valid ID of the Seller(s) and Buyer(s)
Bill of Sale (cannot be handwritten)
Current Insurance card (if registering the vehicle)
If there is a lien on the vehicle, we must have and Encumbrance Letter from the bank.

OUT-OF-STATE PA TITLE TRANSFER

IF OUT OF STATE TITLE IS BRANDED RECONSTRUCTED, IT MUST GO THROUGH THE PA ENHANCED SAFETY INSPECTION.
