• Current ID of everyone to be listed on the title. (if address is not current, you must have a yellow change of address card issued by PennDOT)
• Current Insurance Card
• Plate & Registration Card (if transferring a license plate currently owned by you)
• If there is a lien on the vehicle we must have an Encumbrance Letter from the bank
  

When selling a vehicle, the seller must sign and handprint their name on the title. The buyers name and address must be listed, The sellers signature is required to be notarized. If the title in not properly notarized, it cannot be transferred and the buyer cannot register it.

Seller(s) Must Bring:

• Original PA Title
• Current ID of everyone listed on the front of the title
• Bill of Sale (can not be handwritten) An acceptable bill of sale includes:​

• Exact mileage on vehicle
